A poetic documentary tracing the goddess Mariamman across Guyana, India, Cyprus and the United States through migration, ritual, labour and transoceanic memory. Stephanides returned to the Blairmont Kali Temple in Guyana in 2023, more than three decades after filming Hail Mother Kali there in 1988.
