A poetic documentary tracing the goddess Mariamman across Guyana, India, Cyprus and the United States through migration, ritual, labour and transoceanic memory. Stephanides returned to the Blairmont Kali Temple in Guyana in 2023, more than three decades after filming Hail Mother Kali there in 1988.

Presented inside the cavernous architecture of Dom im Berg, TOPIA transformed the space through suspended walls of light and spatial sound. The installation dissolved the conventional screen into an architectural medium that could be entered, crossed and experienced bodily.

A generative digital artwork questioning contemporary ideals of beauty and perfection. Drawing on glitch, distortion and an invented language assembled from processed human voices, the work treats error and instability as expressive material rather than defects to be removed.
